We stand by our product with a 30-day return policy and free shipping on all orders within the Continental USA and Canada.

How to Qualify for a Return:

✔️ Item must be free of user damage (lightly used is OK)
✔️ Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
✔️ Original packaging required

To start a return: Email us at customercare@voomcart.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please do not return items to an authorized retailer—VOOMcart handles returns directly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at customercare@voomcart.com.
